Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignalChain ("SignalChain", "we", "us"), a product of VybeCode DSP, available at signalcha.in. By creating an account, using guest mode, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SignalChain.

1. The service

SignalChain is a release-ops and PR-outreach tool for audio-software developers. It provides a curated database of press outlets, AI-assisted generation of pitches, press releases, social copy and ad assets, launch checklists, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your password and any API keys confidential. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You may use SignalChain in guest mode without an account, in which case your data is not saved.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use SignalChain lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

Send unsolicited bulk or spam email, or otherwise violate anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, or the GDPR/ePrivacy rules) when contacting outlets or third parties.
Ignore the stated submission rules, contact preferences, or etiquette of the outlets you reach out to, or harass any recipient.
Generate, send, or publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful.
Misuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
Use the service to violate the terms of any third-party service, including the AI providers.

You are solely responsible for who you contact, what you send, and your compliance with applicable laws.

4. AI-generated content

SignalChain uses third-party AI models to generate text and images at your request. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any generated content before you use or send it, and for ensuring it is accurate and does not infringe anyone's rights. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of any generated content, and we are not responsible for content you choose to publish or send.

5. Your content and AI keys

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service (including sending your prompts to the AI provider you select). If you use your own AI provider API keys, you are responsible for those keys and any usage charges your provider bills you.

6. Outlets and third parties

The press outlets, marketplaces, and other organizations referenced in SignalChain are independent third parties and are not affiliated with or endorsed by us. Outlet information is provided to help your outreach and may change or become outdated. We do not guarantee any outcome — including press coverage, reviews, replies, or sales — from using SignalChain.

7. Intellectual property

SignalChain, including its software, design, and curated data, is owned by VybeCode DSP and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as permitted here.

8. Disclaimers

SignalChain is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any result (such as press coverage) will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VybeCode DSP and SignalChain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

10. Termination

You may stop using SignalChain and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of SignalChain after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
